Baroda captain Krunal Pandya left the team’s bio-bubble created for the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy after his father passed away as a result of cardiac arrest on Saturday.
“It is a private loss for him, and he needed to go away the bio-bubble,” Baroda Cricket Association CEO Shishir Hattangadi told
The all-rounder will now not be obtainable within the ongoing T20 match. Pandya has performed three matches thus far within the match. Final week, the captain discovered himself in the centre of an argument after vice-captain Deepak Hooda left the bubble after a spat.
